The manufacturer of flavors IGH continues to grow with a new factory and increasing our team of specialists. IGH, a reference as a manufacturer of flavours and food products, meets the needs of the food sector, from analyzing the project to reaching the defined objectives.<\/p>

A company with more than 60 years of existence has achieved one of the most remarkable milestones during this end of 2019 and 2020, our change of facilities, originally in Alcantarilla, Murcia to the new location in Alhama de Murcia. These 15,000 m2 facilities reinforce the IGH group in a key position in the food industry at a national and international level.<\/p>\"F\u00e1brica

The new facilities of the flavour manufacturer comply with all legal and food safety requirements. Thanks to this important step forward, we have been able to optimize processes, increasing production and storage capacity, thus offering a better service to our national and international clients.<\/p>

All food products manufactured in our facilities have maintained the same quality and safety of consumption. All this thanks to the maintenance of our approved suppliers and the effort made by our human team, in charge of guaranteeing the correct management and operation of methods and processes.<\/p>

For the start-up of the factory, a review of the same has been carried out by the health authorities, as well as a previous audit of the facilities to be able to guarantee that everything was in accordance with the requirements established by the Food Quality standards. And finally, in the third quarter, a certification audit was carried out, by which our factory has achieved BRCGS and IFS accreditation.<\/p>

The production lines have not stopped working at any time. Both our flavour production line and the rest of products for the Industrial and HoReCa sectors.<\/p>

New laboratories for R + D + I<\/h2>

One of the departments where our company invests the most is inR + D + i<\/a>with the idea of \u200b\u200balways staying on trend and being proactive in the industry. We have laboratories in each of the group companies to give the best and quick response.<\/p>

In the new laboratories we have taken into account not only expanding them, but also differentiating the different areas for the different ranges of products, as well as having our area of \u200b\u200bapplications, seeking not only to develop the necessary product but also to see that its application is the correct and sought.<\/p>

In addition to our flavours, we give a more global response, we develop and manufacture sweet and savory sauces, syrups, filling creams and toppings, jellies, syrups, concentrated bases and soft ice cream bases.<\/p>

In our facilities we have the ability to create all kinds of preparations, whether based on fruits, vegetables, cereals, seeds or chocolates and flavors from sweet to savory. Finally, remember that at Expafruit we have the technology for packaging liquids in Pouches with the possibility of adding pieces of fruit and cereals.<\/p>

A manufacturer of flavours, many from sectors.<\/h2>

A new factory needs to have extensive specialized R&D and Quality equipment and laboratories, which is why we can cover a multitude of projects at the same time. We adapt to customer demand and try to anticipate trends in the food industry.<\/p>

With our portfolio of products we work in the sectors of beverages, ice cream, dairy, sports nutrition, dietetics, pastry, confectionery and in recent years we have specialized in salty preparations to cover the sectors of appetizers and snacks, prepared meals, meat, canned goods and all those that the project entails.<\/p>

In the new factory we have separated rooms and optimized these for the production process. We create and manufacture flavours in different formats, whether liquid, paste, powder, atomized, both sweet and salty. We manufacture emulsions, extracts, compounds. We have invested in different lines and machinery for the different processes.<\/p>

We have built a factory with logical centralized facilities. Pipes, tanks, wiring, heat and cold systems seeking the highest possible efficiency, with which we produce with greater capacity and greater control.<\/p>

Food Service<\/strong><\/p>

Of course we have our optimized manufacturing areas for sauces, syrups, decoration and filling creams, jellies, syrups, concentrated bases for slushies or cocktails and soft ice cream bases for the retail channel and HoReCa. New tanks for the maintenance of raw materials, new circuits, new reactors …<\/p>

The warehouse of a manufacturer of flavorings and food products<\/h2>

The merchandise reception system is the storage center and order preparations must avoid possible incidents as much as possible. Our warehouse management allows us to choose the best order for collecting materials and dispatching orders according to the chosen criteria and location.<\/p>

Because the solution instantly shows where the merchandise is located, it is not necessary for everything to be in the same place. In this way you save on storage space and time. Stock is also kept under control and order preparation time is reduced.<\/p>

Thanks to the flat design of the warehouse or layout we have managed to make the most of the space we have: heights, widths, columns, surface … A fundamental step to avoid bottlenecks and draw routes that allow us to work more quickly.<\/p>

The plan determines the loading and unloading areas, the reception area, the storage area, the order preparation area and the delivery area. Our warehouse team has years of experience, is trained and has all the knowledge they need to carry out their work. This specialization increases efficiency and avoids potential waste. We periodically carry out evaluations to observe how the operation evolves both in the offices, the factory and in the warehouse to be aware of new needs that our facilities require.<\/p>

The bright future of our fragrance factory<\/h2>

The new facilities also have an office, meeting rooms and a beautiful terrace for events. Everything always available to our different departments when they are not teleworking. With all this, we have significantly increased the size of both offices and factories and warehouses compared to our previous facilities.<\/p>

We are looking forward to the day when the pandemic ends so that we can welcome anyone who wants to see our facilities. It will be a pleasure to present to our clients personally the operation of the same and the place where we give birth to their creations and products.<\/p>
