Our mission to flavour life.

“Flavouring life”, we create flavour experiences with a 360º service. From the presentation of new creative concepts full of innovation, which offer added value to your product portfolio, to the creation and manufacture of inspiring flavours and flavoured solutions with the possibility of functional value.

Our vision is to become benchmarks as manufacturers of flavours. Provide solutions internationally to a constantly changing sector such as food and berverage. Researching, presenting and providing new flavours experiences .

Our culture and values are based on a passion for what we do, that is our secret ingredient. This passion is reflected in the talent of our people, the heart of IGH, and its value chain.

The research to learn about market trends where we provide solutions, imagination and creativity to the development of new concepts of our R&D, customer care and the know-how that we provide thanks to our 65 years creating and manufacturing flavours for the food industry are a solid base to offer the solutions our customers are looking for.

Our culture and vision of growth has led us to incorporate into the group companies specialising in food, such as Expafruit, a manufacturer of fruit preparations, as well as growing internationally with a factory and sales office in Turkey.

R&D

Our R + D + i, the backoffice of our clients.

Our flavourists, gastronomes and food technologists are also the customer’s backoffice. We work every day to develop new concepts of sensory satisfaction, through the continuous development of new ranges of products, flavours, textures and applications.

We can work directly with the customert’s recipes, always providing inspiring, innovative and trendy ideas.

Our applications laboratory allows us to test the flavour in real applications to analyze its behavior once applied to the final product.

Our quality processes are a fundamental part of our company.

The entire team rigorously applies quality processes in the manufacture of our products. They are coordinated by the specific department, made up of professionals with years of experience and endorsed by external bodies.

We have the certifications that accredit us internationally in quality and food safety. With these seals we guarantee our commitments to suppliers and customers by offering a top quality product that is transferred to the final products for which our innovations are intended.
